SysMech scoops best VoLTE solution at Network Intelligence World

SysMech’s implementation of its Zen software at a tier one operator has scooped first prize at the Network Intelligence World awards last week.

Zen, which enables operators to manage and optimise their VoLTE service, provides visibility of the entire network from end-to-end from one application.

The award nomination detailed how specialised interfaces and dashboards have been developed to enable rapid VoLTE deployments, and provide operators with the end-to-end network insights needed to manage the quality of service of this complex technology stack from day one.

Zen has been continuously developed by SysMech to offer operators the ability to correlate their network data and customer data, to better understand the impact of network issues and opportunities, to not only fix issues, but optimise and cross-sell.

“We are delighted with the recognition that Zen has received, it really shows what the future can hold for Zen and its potential for CSPs,” said Rob Green, MD at SysMech.

“The trials demonstrate it is possible to have a single, consolidated view of the VoLTE network, to improve quality and service delivery and bring more revenue to the operator, and is no doubt why Zen has seen so much interest from operators this year.”

When announcing the winner, the judges were excited to see a smaller, agile business that could offer a new solution using best of breed Big Data and Real-Time technology, comparable to other entrants such as major corporate Alcatel-Lucent.
