SysMech Launches Zen 5.1 delivering user defined real-time monitoring to hundreds of users

This week see the launch of Zen 5.1 service assurance software at the LTE World Summit in Amsterdam. This pivotal update to the software, currently used by multiple tier 1 operators, introduces new functionality, focused on giving users greater control over their big data.

Quick and easy navigation through a new user interface

The new user interface in Zen 5.1 makes it simple to quickly get to the information needed. Intelligent navigation allows users to store their frequently used reports and share them directly with their colleagues. Other features include timed, automatic data refresh, ideal for wall boarding.

User defined real-time monitoring and actioning

Zen 5.1 delivers user defined real-time monitoring, allowing users to build their own scenarios and deploy them instantaneously. This kind of direct control is rarely seen, and will open up new opportunities for operators to identify and resolve complex network issues even faster than before. This is especially so with the growing number of VoLTE rollout announcements, where automation is king if operators are going to deliver the required experience being demanded by customers.”

At SysMech we work directly with our customers to shape the future of Zen – some of the top mobile network providers have input into the updated design, navigation and functionality. This approach ensures that everything we do delivers on the changing needs of the telecommunications industry.

Meet with SysMech at the LTE World Summit, Booth 81 to find out more, or book an appointment for a demonstration of Zen 5.1.
