Network Fault Management with Zen - Demonstration Video

In this video we demonstrate the fault management module of Zen. We show how CSPs can see all their alarm sources in a single view, and configure this view to meet their specific needs. Users can easily search, sort and group alarms, as well as creating their own custom filters to display relevant alarms only. In this demonstration video we also show how network engineers can action alarms, drill down into alarm details, launch impact analysis and raise trouble tickets, all from the alarm handing window.
