Graduate Scheme Details
As a Software Engineering Graduate Trainee, you’ll undertake four distinct placements each of 3 months duration, providing the opportunity to assess where your real strengths and abilities lie, and giving you a clear understanding of all the engineering functions and their respective critical interactions that allow us to achieve product realization of the highest quality. The 4 functions and placement order are as follows:
- Support
- Test
- Engineering Services/Infrastructure
- Development
At each placement stage you’ll be assigned a mentor who will help you negotiate the myriad facets of the respective engineering function. You will undergo a debrief with your mentor at the end of each placement. The conclusions of these sessions feed into a final assessment when the scheme completes.
