In this demonstration video we show you some of the performance management dashboards which are being used to manage the VoLTE service. Users can easily see a high level overview of the key LTE metrics, and easily drill down to see more specific details. Zen combines data from the radio network, transmission and core to track call success rates, drop rates, total loss, VoLTE jitter and voice quality.
For customer care teams, the VoLTE dashboards enable operators to visualize customer complaints geographically and correlate these to network faults. They can also get a real-time insight into specific regions or individual customers, allowing them to give customers live updates as and when they experience issues.
