Zen is an end-to-end network analytics platform, which enables service assurance of ‘the fantastic four’ from one centralised application. The solution automatically collects data from mobile, fixed line telephony, broadband and TV, enabling multiple business units to analyse the performance of the entire network from one, cost effective solution.

By combining network fault data, network performance data and customer experience data, CSPs can carry out root cause analysis, service impact analysis and customer impact analysis across all services, without the hassle of dipping in and out of multiple tools, and manually correlating data.

In this presentation, we share some of the quad-play dashboards and reports which are being used by operators on a daily basis.
